His family runs the territory. You can check first.
Set it up once and the family covers every corner of your marketing, every day and every week, without being asked. Anything in your name can wait for you first, if you ask it to. That is the first rule of the house.
We never offer anything in exchange for a review, and never choose who gets asked.
Rule 7
We never send a cold email from our address.Cold emails and pitches go from your own mailbox once you say go, under a daily limit you set, with an unsubscribe in every one.
Rule 8
We never ask for your Google password, your social passwords or an ad account login.
There is no human doing your marketing. The characters are software.

Checking first
The family does the work. You can check first.
Only a few things wait for you, on one page called Needs you: anything you asked to check first, and anything only you can do. Everything else the family handles, and the Don tells you about it in his Monday letter.
A few publish without asking each time, to things you own: posts, answers and partner links on your own website, pins and posts on your own accounts, and the details you confirmed on your Google listing. Each says so on its card before you hire it, most show you their first few, and you can pause any of them.

Acts on its own
Publishes without asking each time. Pause it and nothing goes out until you switch it back on.
The Don's wordon who decides
Your crew starts on its own and works on what it already knows. Your crew acts on its own from your own accounts. Tick Check with me first on any agent to see things before they go.
Receipts
The family keeps its word. And the receipt.
Every job leaves one you can open. Three parts, always: the claim, the evidence and the check. If one is missing, it is not a receipt.

Hi Dana, you're right: two hours late with no call is not OK, and I'm sorry. Please call us and ask for me by name, so I can put it right.

What this did not cover
Nothing was skipped on this run.
Always true of Rosie:
Never offers anything for a review, and never picks who gets asked.

6How we knowthe seal, and the receipt it is locked to
How we know, in fullThe note at the foot of every receipt
Every receipt is sealed when it is written, and each one is locked to the one before it. If anyone changed an old receipt, the chain would break and you would see it. That does not mean we can prove what any other company showed on a given day. Where a run kept a copy of what it read, it is in the evidence above. Where it kept none, there is nothing on our side to check a claim about somebody else's page against, and we would rather say so here than let the seal above read as more than it is.
A job that failed costs you nothing, and its receipt says what went wrong.
We go back and check. If something we put live disappears, the receipt changes to say so, and you hear about it.
Owning it
When a job goes wrong, we say so.
When a job fails, the receipt says what went wrong, and a failed job costs you nothing.
Anything that cannot be taken back sits in a hold first, and one press stops it.
Pause any agent at any time, or tell the Don to rest the whole crew.
Connections
What we ask for, and what we never touch.
The family starts with whatever you gave the Don, usually your website. Connect more only when you want an agent to act for you, and undo any of it in one press.
Google Business
Reviews, hours, photos and the map pin
Reads and replies
We read your reviews, your hours and your photos.
We post replies you have signed off, and put back details somebody changed. Nothing else.
We never touch anything about any other Google product. Not your mailbox, not your calendar, not your files, not your ad spend.
Google sells one key for this and there is no read only version of it. We say what we do, and we do only that.

Search Console
Optional. Your own search data from Google
Read only
We read your clicks, your positions and the words people typed.
We only read. We never write anything, ever.
We never ask for anything writable. Google offers a read only key for this one and we take it.
Sharpens
Disconnect any of these at any time. Your crew keeps the work it already did, and anything that was waiting to go out waits for you instead.
Your rules
Anything an agent writes for a person, a review reply or an email, goes out from your account, or waits in Needs you if you ask it to.
Some agents publish to your own site and accounts on a schedule. Each one says so on its page, and you can pause any of them from there at any time.
We only read what the agent needs for the job, and every finding shows its source.
You can stop one agent, one of these, this website or everything, without disconnecting anything. Nothing is lost either way.
We never ask for your Google password, your social passwords or an ad account login. The only passwords you ever type are an application password for your own WordPress site, which you can revoke on its own, and your own mail server's password if you send from one.
Your data
Your business stays your business.
Your content goes only to the specialist services that do the work, the way a designer sends a file to a printer. Nothing about you is published anywhere but your own website and accounts, and you can check anything first.
Your connection keys are encrypted and never shown back.
We never open your inbox. Mail connections can only send.
Search Console is read only, and so is every ad account.
Each website is its own workspace with its own crew. One client's crew never works on another client's website.
Anyone who unsubscribes from an email we sent for you is never emailed again, from any of your websites.
We say who we are when we read your site.
Our full privacy policy for the crew is being written now. Ask support@writecream.com and you will get it in writing.
No small print
Promises we will not make.
You will see these on other pages in this business. You will not see them here. Nobody can keep them, so the family tells you what it actually does instead.

What you may read elsewhere
What we say instead
“Runs on autopilot while you sleep.”
The crew works when you are not there. Your crew acts on its own from your own accounts. Tick Check with me first on any agent to see things before they go.
“Get into the top three on Maps.”
Mapi shows where you appear across your area, and where you do not. You get the map, not a promise.
“Businesses like yours make more.”
We tell you what we found and what it is costing you today. What you do about it is your business.
“Use it as much as you like, no limits.”
Crew hours you can see each month, and a meter that shows what you used.
“The number one tool for small business.”
What each agent does, and what it cannot do, on its own card.
“Replaces your marketing staff.”
The family works for you. There is no human doing your marketing, and we say so.
“Loved by thousands.”
No testimonials, no counts, no logo wall. A receipt for every job instead.
“Half price, today only.”
One price, no strike-through, no timer.
“Get cited in AI search.”
Nova asks the AI answer engines your buyers' questions and shows whether you are named. Nobody can make an AI recommend you.
For website owners

Hellomy name isWritecreamBotReading public pages
WritecreamBot reads public pages for the businesses that use Writecream: their own websites, and public pages they ask the family to watch, such as a competitor's prices. It says who it is in every request. It does not log in or read anything behind a password. If you would rather it did not visit your site, write to support@writecream.com.
Yes. Your crew acts on its own from your own accounts. Tick Check with me first on any agent to see things before they go. You can pause any of them at any time.
Can I take something back?
Every card and every approval tells you, before you press, whether what goes out can be taken back. Read that line first. It is always there.
What does the crew read on my website?
On the first look, the front page, the robots file, the sitemap and one other page, nothing else. After you hire them, each agent reads what its job needs, and every finding shows its source.
