Do I get every agent on Growth?
Yes. Every agent works on both plans. Pro gives the same website 3 times the crew hours of Growth. The agents that are not ready yet say so on their own card.
Do I have to run the agents myself?
No. Set it up once and each agent works on its own clock, every day and every week, without being asked. You hear from the family when something is about to reach a person in your name, which takes one press, and every month in the Don's letter.
What are crew hours?
Crew hours measure how much work your agents do. A quick check takes minutes, deep research takes hours. Growth gets 250 a month per website, Pro gets 750. Failed runs use none.
What happens when a website runs out?
As it nears its monthly allowance, the routine work eases off. At the limit your crew stops starting new work on that website until the 1st. Everything they made stays open, and anything waiting for you can still go out.
Do unused crew hours carry over?
No. Each website refills on the 1st.
Are allowances shared between my websites?
On a monthly plan, no: each website has its own plan and its own allowance. With lifetime codes, yes: your crew hours are one pool for your whole account, shared by your websites.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You meet your crew first, and when you pick a plan inside your account it starts with a 7 day free trial with 75 crew hours. We ask for a card then. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you do not, we charge the plan price, then every month until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and we will not charge you again.
Is there a yearly plan, or a plan for several websites?
No. Both plans are monthly and cover one website each. Each extra website, or each client website, gets its own plan.
Do I need a website?
No. Plenty of the family works on a business name or a Google listing. The agents that need a website say so before you hire them.
Does anything go out without me?
Yes. Your crew acts on its own from your own accounts. Tick Check with me first on any agent to see things before they go. You can pause any of them at any time.
I have a lifetime code. What do I get?
Everything you bought, and the new crew on top. Each code adds one website. Your crew hours a month match your plan's monthly AI credits, 250 on Tier 1 up to 2,000 on Tier 5, shared across your websites. Past five codes, each more code adds another website, up to 10, and 250 more crew hours a month. Your classic tools and credits keep working exactly as before, and nothing you already have can be taken away or moved behind a new price.
Can I use it for clients?
Yes. Each client website gets its own plan, with its own crew and its own briefing. Up to 5 people on your team get their own login, each with a role you pick.
Will this get me to number one, or make me money?
Nobody can promise a ranking or a sale, and we do not. What you get is every corner of your business looked after, and the final word on anything that reaches a person.
