How it works

One sit-down. Then it runs.

You give the Don your business once. He puts a specialist on every corner of it, and the family keeps going on its own clock, every day and every week, without being asked. You can check anything first.

  • Set it up once. It keeps running after that.
  • Every corner has a specialist who does nothing else.
  • A look from you whenever you want one.

The godfather hands out the work. The family takes it from there. Poke anyone, or hold to hug.

The sit-down · Step 1 of 7

Tell the Don where your business lives.

One field, once. A website works best. An Etsy shop, an Instagram or a Google listing is fine too, and so is just your business name. That is the only typing you do.

In your dashboardWelcomeThe real first screen. The button works.
  1. Your business
  2. Meet your crew
  3. Go

Welcome to the family.

I'm Don Aurelio. I look after the family. Tell me where to find your business, and I'll put the right people on it.

If it is your own website, I will read the front page, the robots file, the sitemap and one other page, nothing else. You can check anything before it goes.

The sit-down · Step 2 of 7

A first look, with the reasons.

The Don tells you what kind of business he thinks you are, and why. He never shows a confidence score. If he is not sure, he says so and lets you pick.

Site Agent Finds what's broken on your site, biggest first
AI Visibility Agent Asks the AI answer engines your buyers' questions and shows whether you are named
Review Guard Replies to every new review, after a tone check.
Map-Pack Grid Shows the streets where you appear on Google Maps, and where you do not
Blog Autopilot Researches, writes and publishes posts on your website
Reddit Agent Finds Reddit threads where people want what you sell
Rival Watch Snapshots your rivals' pages every day and tells you what changed
Listing Agent Fills in and sends directory forms for you, with a screenshot of each.

Looks like a local service business. Here is why.

  • Your pages talk about call-outs and repairs
  • A phone number sits at the top of every page
  • Your footer names the towns you cover

What he could read for certain

PipYour homepage has no description for search results.
Pick my crew

When he cannot read you, he says so

  • Your site has a guard on the door that will not let me in. That is normal, and the family works around it.
  • Your site asked me for a login, so I could not read it from out here.
  • Nobody has read your business yet, so there is nothing true to put here. I am not filling this box with numbers I have not measured.

The sit-down · Step 3 of 7

He picks your crew. You press hire.

Your kind of business decides who is ticked. Untick anyone you do not need and press Hire my crew. That is the end of the sit-down. If somebody else runs your website, the Don leaves out the agents that publish to it.

Then it runs · Step 4 of 7

Every day, every week, without being asked.

Each agent keeps one of four rhythms, and its card says which. Nobody waits for a prompt, and nobody waits for you to open the dashboard.

  • On its own Runs on its own Rosie, Sly, Truett
  • When you ask Runs when you ask Lulu, Fixie

"Tech showed up 2 hours late and didn't call ahead."

Prepared for you

Hi Dana, you're right: two hours late with no call is not OK, and I'm sorry. Please call us and ask for me by name, so I can put it right.

What you read is what goes. We never rewrite it after you press.

A few act on their own, on things you own. Answers and posts on your own website, posts and pins on your own accounts, and details you confirmed on your own Google listing. Each one says so on its card before you hire it, and you can pause any of them.

Then it runs · Step 6 of 7

Want to look closer? It is all on the record.

You never have to check. When you want to, every finished job has a receipt: what was done, the evidence, and when we went back and checked. A job that failed says what went wrong, and costs you nothing.

Every month, the godfather reports to you.

One letter, signed by the Don. What changed, what the family did, what it does next, and what it did not cover. A quiet month gets a short letter. Nothing is padded, and you can have it every week.

You and the family

Your part is small. It is the part that matters.

Six things are yours. Everything else is the family's. Tick yours off and watch who picks up the rest.

  1. PipReads the front page, the robots file, the sitemap and one other page, guesses your kind of business, and shows its reasons
  2. Your crewStarts straight away, then keeps going on its own clock, every day and every week
  3. RosiePrepares every reply, post, form and email with the exact words
  4. The DonWrites the briefing: what changed, what it did, and what it did not cover
  5. NovaWorks from public information until then, and says what it cannot do
  6. BeaStops. Anything already prepared waits for you

Three doors

No website? You are still family.

The agents whose whole job is your website say so on their card.

Ask the Don

Want something changed? Tell the Don.

He sends the right people, rests anyone you want rested, and reads you anything that is waiting. You can also pause any agent from its own card.

  • Send. Say what the business needs. He names who is on it.
  • Rest. Anyone can take a break. Nothing of theirs runs until you say.
  • Read. He reads you what is waiting, word for word.

Why a family

Tools wait for you. The family does not.

You have other ways to get this work done. Here is how they usually compare, including where they beat us.

Plain answers

What people ask before they hire.

Short answers, in writing. Anything else, ask support@writecream.com.

What happens after I sign up?

You give us your website address, a Google listing or just a name. Then you get a first look: what kind of business we think you are, why, and anything worth knowing that we could read. You correct us with one press. You pick your crew, which comes pre-ticked, and press hire. After that they work on their own schedule. You hear from us when something needs you, and once a week with a briefing.

Do I have to be there?

Only once, for the sit-down. After that the family keeps going on its own clock. Anything you asked to check waits on Needs you until you press.

Do I need a website?

No. Plenty of the family works from a Google listing or a business name. The agents whose whole job is your website say so on their own cards.

What does a quiet week look like?

A shorter briefing that says what was checked. A check that found nothing is still work, and it is on Activity.

What if the Don guesses my business wrong?

Press the right chip. Nothing is thrown away, and nobody is hired or let go behind your back.

Can I change what an agent does?

Yes. Tell the Don, or open the agent's own card. Pause anyone at any time.

One sit-down

Set it up once. Let the family run it.

Give the Don one address. He puts a specialist on every corner, and they keep going. You can check anything first.
