These terms are an agreement between you and Kridee Innovations Private Limited ("Writecream", "we" or "us"). They cover writecream.com, app.writecream.com, the Writecream apps, our classic writing tools and Writecream agents, the AI helpers that work on your business. By creating an account or using Writecream, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Writecream for a business, you agree for that business too. If you do not agree, please do not use Writecream.
1. Your account
You must be an adult who can make a contract. Give us true details, keep your password safe, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
2. What the agents do
Writecream agents work on a schedule. They read, check and draft, and they publish or send from your own accounts and on things you own, such as your website, your review replies, your posts and the emails sent from your mailbox. Agents act on their own by default. On any agent you can choose Check with me first, and then what it would publish or send waits for your approval. Each agent says what it does before you turn it on. You can pause or remove any agent at any time.
3. AI output is your call
Agents and writing tools use AI models. What they make can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or similar to what others receive. Check it before you approve, publish or send it. You are responsible for what you and your agents publish and send, and for making sure it is true and lawful. We do not promise any ranking, traffic, leads or sales.
4. Connected accounts
When you connect an account, such as Google, a social account through Zernio, your mailbox or your website, you confirm that you are allowed to, and you let us act through it in the ways you set up. The other service's own terms also apply. If you connect YouTube Analytics, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for other services, and if one changes or stops, the agents that rely on it may change or stop too. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Email you send through Writecream
Email goes from your own mailbox, so you are the sender. You must follow the laws that apply to it, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, the GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, and CASL in Canada. Keep your real business name, postal address and unsubscribe link in every message, honour every opt out, and do not email people where the law requires consent you do not have. We may limit, pause or stop sending on your account to protect recipients or our service.
6. The chat on your website
If you add our chat to your website, tell your visitors about it in your own privacy notice. Keep the facts it answers from accurate. Do not use it to collect card numbers, health details or other sensitive data.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Writecream to:
- send spam or bulk email people did not agree to receive;
- pretend to be someone else, or post fake or misleading reviews, claims or content;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone, or share hateful, sexual or violent content involving real people;
- break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark and privacy;
- collect or sell personal data you have no right to use;
- spread malware, break our security, overload our systems, get around our limits, or copy or resell Writecream.
If you break these rules, we may remove content, pause agents, or suspend or close your account.
8. Your content and ours
You own what you put into Writecream and, as far as the law allows, what it makes for you. You let us store and process it only to run Writecream for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you give us. We own Writecream itself: the software, the website, our brand and our materials. You may not copy, republish, sell or frame our website or materials without our written permission. You may link to our website, as long as the link is fair and does not suggest we endorse you.
9. Plans, trial, payment and cancelling
- Website plans are priced per website and billed monthly. Each one starts with a 7 day free trial. We ask for a card when you start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, we charge your card the plan price, then every month until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and we will not charge you again.
- Refunds. Payments for website plans are not refunded, including for part of a month, unless the law requires it. For classic Writecream plans and purchases, our Refund Policy applies.
- Lifetime codes bought from partners such as AppSumo keep what the deal promised. Refunds for them follow the seller's rules.
- Limits. Each plan includes a set amount of work each month. When it is used up, agents rest until the next month. Unused work does not carry over.
- Prices and taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. We will tell you before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Writecream and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts users, other people or us at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.
11. Disclaimer
Writecream is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, always available or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that information on our website is complete or up to date.
12. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about Writecream is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, anything you approved, published or sent through Writecream, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email you about important changes before they apply. If you keep using Writecream after that, you accept the new terms.
